Simone is always great! She got my dad and grandmother set up with new health plans after the plan they had was done away with. She then reached out to us to get them set up for plans for the coming year. She's very knowledgeable, takes time to answer all your questions and is very thorough. She really cares about her clients needs and that's what it takes to provide good service. She is also really good about keeping you in the loop of any changes, updates, and new information.
